Spirit of Tasmania

We are pleased to announce we have done a deal with the Spirit of Tasmania for discounted pricing as well as reserved spots for people participating in Round 1 at Symmons Plains Raceway. Bookings need to be made before the 1st of March, after which, bookings will be subject to availability.

We have space booked on the following boats:

- Thursday 19th April 7.30pm – Melbourne to Devonport ( arrives approx 6am on Friday  morning )

- Sunday 22nd April 7.30pm – Devonport to Melbourne ( arrives approx 6am on Monday morning )

It takes approximately 90 minutes to drive from Devonport to Symmons Plains Raceway. Competitors can bring their car straight to the track for accreditation and to set up their garage. Accomodation can be found nearby in the towns of Longford and Perth. Launceston is also approximately 20-25 minutes from the track.

If you do not wish to bring a car trailer over, you can purchase a permit for your drift car to drive on Tasmanian roads quite easily. Many local drivers have also expressed that they can help with transport and spare parts.
